| Christmas Morning Brunch for two after Sunday morning worship. Our family had all dispersed on Christmas Eve so all was quiet-actually serene. A fancy intimate brunch for two was not announced-indeed it was 'almost' an impromptu affair. I had all the festive and necessary goodies along with pretty linens and decorations already in place so a bit like 'Santa" I quickly set out to put together the tablesetting and a complete menu just perfect for sitting down and enjoying with one's sweetheart. The 'one' would be ME and the 'Sweetheart' would be my Silver Fox! I admit-I was actually quite pleased with myself and you wouldn't believe his response. It was as though we did this every Sunday. |
